About Us

Fitchburg Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 72-bed facility located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and has been serving the Fitchburg, Leominster, Lunenburg, and Westminster areas for over 40 years. We are located just 5 miles from UMass Health Alliance Hospital. We are also easy to get to, conveniently located on a public transportation route and only a half a mile from the train station.
